In this way The Wellness Travel Company aims to be the best available medical and wellness guide to Thailand. For high touch assistance we are setting up a support centre that will become operative in the middle of February 2007 that will provide the answers to any questions our customers may have.
While we are ready to share all our knowledge with our clients, we are never afraid to say so when we do not know the answer to a question. Should the questions narrow down to specialist details that our own medical doctors cannot answer we will always find a solution and, for example, make a virtual appointment for a long distance call with one of the surgeons on the team that will perform the operation. Should there ever be any doubts, we can always arrange for a second opinion.
Our goal is to help build a relationship of trust between the patients and the doctors. We want to make sure that our customers are well informed before they come and totally confident about the treatment they are planning to have in Thailand.

All medical and dental bills are paid directly to the hospital or clinic, we do NOT mark-up any of the medical, dental or spa services. However we need to emphasize that such list pricing is limited to treatments performed on patients with uncomplicated conditions. In the case of patients who suffer from complex conditions or whenever the risk factors may be relatively high, the exact cost of the procedures can only be determined after a thorough examination of the patients and in careful consultation with the medical specialists.
